Working closely with homeowners, residents, Owners Corporations, Strata or Property Managers, 3 Colours will manage all job requirements - after-hours, weekend or holiday works, local council permits, traffic and pedestrian management, equipment, power supply, co-ordination with other trades and contractors, OH&S, environmental and waste management issues - to achieve an outstanding quality finish with a minimum of fuss. Consultation & quote (no hidden extras) 

3 Colours will provide you with an obligation-free consultation and detailed quotation free of charge, so our experience and expertise in working with colour and finishes can be utilised to its full potential. Prior to commencement of work, your project brief and selections will be confirmed in writing. Should changes arise during the course of a project, a variation price will be costed and agreed prior to proceeding.

Preparation 

Thorough preparation is the key to a superb finish. Your property will be carefully protected. Clean, heavy-duty drop sheets and plastic covers are used extensively and removed at the end of each day, leaving the site clean, tidy and ready for use.

Security & your protection 

3 Colours personnel will respect your property, your privacy and your security. On site they will be as unobtrusive and discreet as possible.

3 Colours’ stringent quality control processes will be applied throughout your painting or decorating project to safeguard a superb end result. Environment 

3 Colours carefully manages materials and waste on site to minimise environmental impact. We are happy to leave leftover paint for touch-ups at a later date. Any unwanted paint remaining will be treated using the Dulux Envirowash™ system, which turns paint into clean water and solid waste. We also offer a range of eco paint solutions and continuously monitor and update our environmental practices as new ideas and methodologies emerge.

Safety 

3 Colours will not compromise on ensuring the safety of any persons on site. Scaffolding, lifts, rigging and harnesses, protective clothing and other safety equipment are used whenever necessary. The complexities of difficult access sites and high-rise façades are managed while complying fully with WorkCover and OH&S requirements.

Peace of mind 

3 Colours Painting Services is fully licensed and insured, with Public Liability, Workers Compensation and Home Warranty Insurance required by law on Strata works. On completion, all we leave behind is a quality finish and happy clients!
